Tai Chi Aerobics is easy to learn and will be challenging enough to break a sweat and feel physically accomplished.

  • Taught by: Sifu Mai Du Tai Chi Aerobics is a way of fitness with low impact that engages the whole body, mind, and spirit.
  • Flexibility, balance, strength, stamina, and energy will be enhanced through working out with these simple and fun exercises.
