Tai Chi Aerobics is easy to learn and will be challenging enough to break a sweat and feel physically accomplished.
Taught by: Sifu Mai Du Tai Chi Aerobics is a way of fitness with low impact that engages the whole body, mind, and spirit.
Flexibility, balance, strength, stamina, and energy will be enhanced through working out with these simple and fun exercises.
Kids and adults are all welcome!
